W. E. F. 1st Sep 2020 the stamp duty have been reduce by three (3) percent Mumbai District and Mumbai Suburban District and by Two (2) percent in Rest of the Maharashtra State for the period starting from 1st of September 2020 and ending on 31st of December 2020.
And from 1 st Jan 2021 upto 31 st of March 2021 the stamp duty will be
Two (2) percent in Mumbai District and Mumbai Suburban District and by One and half (1.5) percent for the Rest of the Maharashtra State.
